When my home warranty company, gave me a useless contractor to repair my AC unit during a 3 week heat and humidity wave, I gave up and started looking for a good company. I found D&D Air Cooling and Heating. I called their emergency service on a weekend and was immediately helped by Dustin. We tried a few things to see if the AC would start up again without a home visit but my AC unit was stubborn. D& D has been servicing my heat pump for years. This speaks for itself since I would not have remained with them had I not been satisfied. I have had many different workers service my unit over the years. I have never had a problem that couln't be solved with a simple phone call. Tony was my service person this last visit. He was very polite, worked quickly and cleaned up before leaving. All in all another a good review.

I've been using D&D for our maintenance contract for our AC and Furnace for years. They always show up on time and get the job done quickly. When it came time to replace our whole system, they worked with me to come up with a new set-up that met my requirements exactly. They didn't try to over sell me on equipment I didn't need. Chris was great to work with every step of the process. They stuck to their quote and showed up on the scheduled installation day. I've been a customer now for about 9 years and use D&D for regular maintenance on my almost 20yr old heat pump. They're always prompt and courteous. They worked well with my tenant when my place was rented out as well, and it was pretty seamless to get information and pay the bill during those years.
They've kept my old unit working great and I plan to use their service when I have to replace the old one eventually.

I've been a customer of D&D for 28 years. They have always been very professional and thorough in the work they performed. Some complained about contract customers getting priority treatment but that is exactly what your service contract buys you. I would highly recommend D&D to anyone. Several of my neighbors have used them and are now also regular D&D customers.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job of replacing both my central AC unit as well as my heat pump. They were prompt, removed all components of my old units, installed two new units, made changes as necessary in my electric panels for the new units and cleaned up as they moved from one location to another.

We have been using D & D, an outstanding, family-run business, for the past 10+ years for multiple properties and have always been very happy with their responsiveness, customer service, prices, and ability to troubleshoot and repair what was needed. Two disappointing experiences with this company. They won't get a chance to give me a third.
A couple of years ago, during a service call to fix what I thought was a leak in my boiler, they told me I needed a whole new boiler. Before I spent the $6-8 grand, I got a second opinion from Jack Nonnemacher, an Emmaus guy who rarely even works on boilers. He fixed the problem in an hour.
Today, they were here to help me fire up the boiler and clean it. When it failed to start, they told me it needed a "primary control" -- a part that they didn't stock and weren't willing

Awful service. Must be because they're in high demand. I have 3 young children. Two units. Called last week for main unit. Guy came out at 3pm. Said unit wasn't working because it needed to be cleaned. He wasn't going to clean it because the owner wouldn't pay him overtime. We had to pay him $160 for an emergency call for him to stand in my home for 5 minutes!! This week called about upstairs unit. Woman on phone was rude. Very sarcastic and unfriendly. Said I'd have to wait a week because I wasn't a contract customer. Yesterday she said Monday or Tuesday. We know
