Pretty horrendous service from the company. While the folks they sent out to move our house were hard working and motivated, we all seemed to share a disdain for the incompetence of the management. They repeatedly underestimated every aspect of the job even though we knew how many pounds of items would be moving as we frequently relocate. The result was a three day job took over a week, leaving us unable to get the carpets cleaned and the house painted. The cleared flaw with the company is their ability to communicate with each other as we attempted over a dozen times in the course of the week

I would not recommend using this company. We had our furniture and household goods put into storage while we went overseas on a work assignment. On returning numerous items were found damaged or broken. Leather coats and jackets were flat packed and not hung causing permanent creasing ruining their appearance. Furnitire items were dented and a desk was broken, Many of the packing boxes were stoved in. Items were not packed well (no bubble wrap used for fragile items). They would not come back to pick up the empty boxes. I have filed a claim but after 6 weeks am still waiting to get any response
