Great service and a pleasure to work with Buddy and his wife. Buddy arrived right on time and confirmed the price. Excellent communication regarding how the velvet/microfiber chairs would be cleaned and how they would turn out. The chairs, rug, and sofa turned out great! Will definitely use then again for future cleanings.

Had this guy clean my carpets 3 times in the past, and he screwed me on my move out cleaning. He was over booked, but said he had a cancellation and he could squeeze me in. I had merry maids there cleaning the upstairs when he got there, and he made them leave before they were done due to "insurance reasons". After he gets done giving me the bid and gets ready to start, he notices a water stain in front of the bathroom door. I tell him that some water from the shower out onto the floor there, and he immediately says "oh I can't do the job if there was water damage"

I highly recommend Buddy and Jillian Beale’s carpet cleaning service. I have a braided wool rug, and after Buddy honestly explaining to me the cost breakdown vs the value of the rug, he helped me move a heavy table and turn the rug over at no charge. What a great guy!

Had Beale Carpet Cleaning out to my house today after my dog got sprayed by a skunk and rubbed himself over all the furniture and carpets in my house. They were able to take care of everything and the smell is gone! Really great job, I would highly recommend them :)
