I own a condo which I rent in Mesa. It is on the first floor. My tenant called to say there was a rat (or droppings) in the oven. I called Arizona Pest Squad and left a voice message at 7:30 am. David called me back at 7:45 am (before they opened) and made an appointment for the same day.
He then called my tenant and scheduled with her. He went to the condo, found out that there was at least one rat but no holes in the wall. He concluded that the rat came in under the front screen door when the main door was left open. He set several traps in places where the tenants cats would not get them

I have been using Arizona Pest Squad for over a year after I first called them to solve a roof rat problem. They came on time, very professional, and solved my problem quickly. I had been doing my own pest control for the last 4 years, and then David made an offer I couldn't refuse :). I have not seen any pests inside my house for over a year. Awesome owner and awesome service. I'll recommend to family and friends!

By far Arizona Pest Squad is the best service I have received! From the start the customer service provided was excellent. Very reasonable fees. You can tell they know what they are taking about. I called to get an estimate on my home. We played phone tag and finally was able to talk. The guy on the other line was not interested to have my business. He was very rude and short with me and didn't have time to talk to me on the phone. He said he's too busy to answer my questions. Also when I asked how many employees he has and get a general idea about the company, he did not want to share any information to make me feel comfortable as a new client. I looked at the reviews, and since Yelp gives it 5 starts, that's why I called. They might have good service, I would never know

I have been using APS and David for my pest control services for about 2 years now. Just a quick call to David/APS and my pest problems are covered. Ants making their way through the backdoor, no problem! Holy sh*t...a dead black widow on the back door ramp, no problem! Then a month ago, my step-dad stops by to take care of a few things and tells me I need to have David have a look at something coming down from the ceiling in the carport. Step-dad didn't want to break the bad news to me himself. LOL So I shoot David a msg and photo and he says it looks like termites!! From what I understand

I cannot say enough about this company. They were fabulous. David came out within a few short days of my call and assessed my entire situation. He listened to my needs and concerns and created a plan of action going forward. He was upfront and honest about all the chemicals he would be putting in the house and how to treat the situation with having an infant that is mobile. Dealt w/David Marshall several times. He's got a lot of BS as to why you should go with them. Every time I tried to set up something the come back was we're having issues w/our voicemail system. Problem was I spoke with him directly. Then it was he was sick and then it was we're a small company. Excuse after excuse, which is why I've decided not to go with a small company. If one person gets sick, nothing gets done. I have AT&T for a phone service and have never had problems with my voicemail.

I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review about one of my favorite companies we use. Since opening my newest day spa a little less than a year ago we have been using Arizona Pest Squad. I found them on Yelp originally and I am so grateful I did.
My day spa is a few doors down from some restaurants and unfortunately that means bugs... Bugs and Spa's definitely don't go well together so since hiring Arizona Pest they have kept us bug free! Dave and company are great! We just bought a house and I didn't want to wait for problems, before contacting an exterminator. He came out right away, and went over everything. I feel much better knowing that I will be getting monthly protection, and I feel confident that they will take care of our property.

David Marshall, the "President and CEO" of Arizona Pest Squad, promptly took the time to write a response to my initial Yelp review. His response perfectly illustrates why I sought out another company for my pest control needs. One of my main concerns with APS was their inability and unwillingness to listen when I called them.
Mr. Marshall's response details his interactions with another client (who he must have me confused with). I can only assume that this confusion is a direct reflection of APS's listening skills.
