The WORST costumer service ever. Nice at the beginning, then when they tell you you'll be reimbursed for packing materials they won't use, 64 to be exact they didn't use. They get mad at YOU for wanting the reimbursement back they told you you'd get back. They ignore emails and don't call back when they say they will. So sad. Not happy at all the hoops I'm going threw to get MY money back.

The incompetence started almost immediately. The in-home estimate was a joke. Ryan didn’t look in any closets, dressers, cabinets or drawers. We had boxes packed and he did not question the contents. The boxes could have been empty, or filled with lead for all they knew. He told me that he was going to send the estimate (based on his estimated weight) by the end of the day. Needless to say that didn’t happen. It took me three phone calls and three days to finally receive the estimate. Every step of the process was more frustrating and time consuming then the last. I don't have a problem with the moving company (Northwestern) contracted to do the work. They did a fantastic and professional job.
My issue is that once Fox Hollow charged my credit card they could not properly communicate with me regarding scheduling of service. I called several times and was met with confusion and no helpful information. Eventually, the truck driver called the day of pick-up, not the day before as was guaranteed by Fox Hollow.
After pick up, I was never once contacted by Fox Hollow. A week later they once again failed to provide 1 day notice of scheduled drop off. Instead

I'd requested a quote from FHM and another moving company, both recommended by my realtor. The positives of FHM? Lower bid and pleasant person who came to give the estimate.
The downsides? Office staff seemed incompetent. I'd called to schedule the estimate. Half hour after appointment, no one had shown. When I called, the response was, "I remember talking to you. I don't know why it's not on the schedule." No apology, nothing about 'Let's see when we can squeeze you in.' It was rescheduled for 5 days later.

Very unprofessional company. Lost my scheduling paperwork prior to moving, slow responses from employees. I ended up using the company anyway. Multiple items were lost and damaged. I am still waiting for items to be located from warehouses nearly a month after moving. They are very slow to address these issues or respond. Would not recommend.

They came when they said they would come. they were all look very nice they were dressed in uniform. they packed everything with care. they were extra careful and asking me if I want to make sure I want to pack certain things that I might have forgotten. they came the days that I requested and they also picked up the same day that I requested. the driver was great the movers that packed were great, the loaders were great and I couldn't have asked for a better pack. this certainly was a great retired military move.

Please make your reviews through the BBB (better business bureau) or this company will continue to get business. They have continually provided horrible service but have not been held accountable. They stole irreplaceable Jerseys from us and I will never get them back. Help the next family!

This was the most horrible move because of this company. The women who packed me were amazing however the owner was very rude to me and I had to just hang up on him! They changed my delivery date and then wouldn't work with me at all! When my stuff finally arrived I realized my electronics were missing! Save yourself the hassle and don't use this company! Check google reviews to see how many other people also had the experience I did!

NO SHOW. If I could give a 0-star rating I would. I scheduled this company to move only SIX pieces of furniture with three weeks notice. I spoke to who I assume is the owner himself. Come moving day, no one showed up. No one called, no one contacted me. The fact that a professional service like this would just not show up to the agreed upon time and date is simply absurd. Will not bother trying to reschedule, I'll just find another company.

These guys are awesome! Prompt, fast, polite and hard (and I do mean hard!) working. They had us in our new home in way less time than we expected at nearly half the cost of competitors estimates. I've never seen a crew work so well together; they seemed to genuinely like one another. Amusing too! Nice to see a crew have fun while working. Traci, who works at the office was also great to work with. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, what could have been a very stressful experience, this was easy. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with. We have done many moves and this has been one of the easiest companies to work with by far. I did not experience any of the negative comments posted in other reviews. Quite the contrary, we where quoted a certain $$ amount for the move based on the info I had given them and was advised that the final cost could be adjusted up or down. Normally you expect that it ends up being in the companies favor and you end up paying more, not in this case. Fox Hollow Movers
