They made my move so much easier! I had another mover scheduled for an across the state move who cancelled FOUR DAYS before the move, Lincoln moving was able to squeeze me in and allow me to keep my moving dates the same! The packing crew was AWESOME and friendly, and Brian and Serena got me my stuff and unloaded very quickly! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for movers.

The people here were really nice but way over priced. I paid almost $1000 to move a tiny studio in buffalo to Rochester ny. I had already boxed everything and taken most boxes in my car, there were only a few boxes for the movers. I was mostly interested in just moving the furniture and they damaged one of my most expensive items. My beautiful dark wood wing desk chair with white leather is completely scratched along the back. A chair I once got mad compliments on looks trashy and cheap. When I contacted them they said they'd give me $15... for a $120 chair. I ended up saying okay to the

Called them. Didn't call me back when he said he would. I called again and was told they were on lunch, they had my number and would call me back. Didn't call me back a second time.
They also didn't seem to understand the urgency of my situation. Glad I called another company immediately after.
