Todd Mikel has more than 25 years industry experience. Since Griffen's origination in 1982, the business has grown from two service technicians to include a fleet of service vehicles and more than 40 full-time employees. I'm a maintenance man at a small industrial laundry facility, Monarch Textile and Uniform Rentals, We had a problem with one of our few remaining older machines, and we had Bob come out. He worked with me, And we had it up and running in no time. Most times I Don't care for the guys from bigger companies, or private contractors but the guys from Griffin are always polite and very helpful. They get it done quickly and safely.

Made a call for service before 7 am. Explained the problem and was told a service person would call after they came in after 7. Waited until 3 pm and after receiving no call I realized that service was something they don't or won't do. So called another company and the problem was addressed and resolved by 5 pm. Will not call or recommend Griffen P&H.

Unfortunately I cannot give them no stars. Did not get a chance to do business with them, as they refused to return my calls. Talked to Todd in service , explained my needs, said he would call me back. No call back . Next day called again, left a message in regards to our conversation the previous day. No call back. Guess they are way too busy to return calls. Sorry. I will call another company. I am sure they will feel my needs are important. Word of mouth can do major damage.
