I’ve used Ace Plumbing on 4 occasions. Each time, Travis responded very quickly, always alerted me if he was going to be delayed, and when he was on his way. In each case, he diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed and back in business within minutes. I am very pleased with the service I received from Ace.

Person that answered was very nice and took down the information. She said would let the tech (Travis) know and he would call me. The tech was beyond rude. He called me and asked what I wanted and I told him. His tone was as if I was bothering him with my issue. The end of the conversation ended with me telling him I would call someone else and he didn't care and told me GOOD. As I was hanging up, he was still talking with no respect. I did call the shop and they say they would let someone know and apologized. Tech was unprofessional but others were great.

Our faucet no longer drips, but this repair cost us $350 because the plumbers didn't know how to take our faucet apart and reassemble it properly! It took them about 5 hours (the last two hours, with two plumbers working on the faucet.) They couldn't even acknowledge that they didn't know how to fix the face properly. Instead they blame their difficulty on the manufacturer, even though our faucet is 20 years old. Travis proudly tells us the faucet had a "manufacturer's defect which we fixed for you." They also replaced the shutoff valve under the sink.
