Essex Septic Service Inc. is a family owned and operated business with over 25 years of experience. We provide prompt, knowledgeable, courteous service throughout Cape Ann and the surrounding area. We take great pride in meeting our customers needs whether it be a consultation or an emergency pumping.

Our services range from system maintenance to technological camera explorations to find underground problems or system locations. We offer a variety of environmentally sound solutions and products for your waste management needs. If we don't provide a particular service that a client needs we have a network of knowledgeable professionals that we will refer you to.

We pride ourselves in the service we provide for our customers. The long term relationships we have with those customers; our business is built on them, and we believe in working as hard to keep a customer as we do in getting them. Homes that don't have access to the city sewer use a home septic system to treat their waste.

Essex Septic was started in 1984 by my grandfather Dexter Woodman. He was a restaurateur owner and operator of Woodman's of Essex. He knew almost nothing of waste management but he knew that his restaurant bordered a salt marsh and river as do so many businesses here in Essex.

Superior service! John, the technician on my septic tank pump, was careful with equipment and my yard, knowledgeable regarding septic systems, personable, and determined to deliver total customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this company; you will not be disappointed.
