I have a contract with them and they don’t respond to calls, emails, or texts when you request a spray in between quarterly sprays. When my quarterly spray was due they would send a text that they were coming the next day but, they don’t give you a time, and they will show up even if you respond no to the text. I find this company highly unprofessional and would NOT recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your money with them.

Seeing an issue with gnats and small roaches after a disposal went out causing water to stand under the dishwasher for sometime we didn't know about. When I called to schedule, they were so helpful and explained the service possible ways to help eliminate the problem etc. A relative was going to pay for pest control as a nice gesture this one time but decided to use their own pest control service. When I called to cancel they were very kind and understanding. In the future for maintenance I will most likely be calling them to service. Great customer service.

These guys were great! They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We had an invasion of fire ants in our house one day and having a 6 month old baby who spends most of her time playing on the floor I was so concerned! They knew just what to do and explained the whole process to me and took care of it that same day. They got rid of our fire ants with in 24 hours. We were very impressed!

Look, no B.S. these guys know there stuff and are very professional. They don't just treat you as a number like most companies. They care about what they do and who they do it for. Excellent prices and customer service will keep me calling to get rid of the problems around my house. Honesty is a attribute that is disappearing as the clock keeps on ticking, but these guys bring it and will shoot you straight.
