Services
Apply a granular band or bait treatment around the exterior of your home to kill and prevent insect invasions. We also apply a dust or liquid treatment to weepholes and any crack or opening in the exterior walls. On the inside we will treat the attic with a granular bait, spray the garage, and treat areas that could contain moisture (kitchens, bathrooms, laundry areas) and if you would like, we will spray other needed areas.
For your convenience, Kalson Pest Control accepts cash, most major credit cards and personal or business checks. However, there will be a $30 fee for all returned checks. Kalson Pest Control values your privacy. Your personal information is for Kalson Pest Control use only and willnot be used outside our organization or sold to other companies.
Well we sure are! We hear stories (and know from experience) how our new clients found hidden 'start-up' fees in addition to the 4 quarterly services required with other companies. We feel that if we treat you right, you will return the favor and keep our services going quarterly - all year long. If you find a service comparable to ours and with a lower price, there will be a catch somewhere!
3/15/2014 - Provided pest control service. Knocked down all spider webs around perimeter, made sure weep holes were not blocked. Eric did a great job answering all of my questions and was very informative. I liked the fact that I was able to follow him around and he answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable with him in my home and felt like he did an awesome job overall.
Trying to save money? Bug 'bombs' and over-the-counter sprays will kill a few roaches but the hundreds that are left will be forced to move out from the confined areas to infest the entire home, increasing the extermination price considerably! After the inspection, we will go over what you need to do before our arrival and what to expect after the service.

Love this company! I’m so glad I found them! They treat their customers kindly and are very personable. They will answer any questions you have and they will accommodate you if you have any request while working in your home. I really appreciate the pleasant conversations when I call the office and Eric who comes to our home is very nice and is patient with my daughter who likes to follow him around! I would definitely recommend them. I have seen no bugs now that they are coming quarterly. They’re the best! Look no further, call them TODAY!
