Typical salesmen pitch, perfect car, great shape, you won't be disappointed. Get there and the car is in moderate condition, and he says what did you expect it's 15 years old, its not a show car, broken ac vents, rag top is molded and discolored. To bad, a day wasted on lies, for a car with 42000 miles. A convertible Corvette. To find out that it was wrecked and repaired was the icing on the cake, no thanks, I'll keep looking.

Bought a one owner car. The odometer, inspection sticker and emissions sticker readings were 30 thousand miles different from each other. Called them and got " we run into this all the time". Refused to make it right. Don't buy here. They're scamming people.

This place has great inventory (lost of lux vehicles) at fair prices. limited inventory at this location but a big warehouse near buy. Quick and easy onsite financing as well. I'll definitely be back next time im looking for a new (used) car.

Let me preface this buy saying I don't leave bad reviews lightly, especially with local businesses. But this dealership is dishonest and tried to hide damage on a car they were about to sell. Thankfully we didn't complete the purchase before finding out what kind of people run this place.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. I absolutely hate having to get a new car, but Jared at Tower made it incredibly easy. We found the car online and drove to Pittsburgh from Cleveland to trade in our old vehicle and pick up the new one. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he found it. By the time we got down to pick it up, he'd put on new Pirelli tires and replaced rotors and pads. Car was spotless. Finance process (worked with Deb) was easy and every employee was very friendly.

This was the easiet car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I saw the car I wanted on the website, quickly and painlessly decided on a price for the car and my trade in, and did the credit application for financing over the phone. I went in the next day to pick up the car and they had every piece of paperwork ready to go to be signed and had already called my insurance company to add the car. It took all of about 15 minutes to take care of all of that. Jared spent some time with me showing me the features of the car, which was excellently detailed and ready to go. Highly recommend!

I've bought 2 cars off of Mike at Tower Auto Sales over the past year. The experience was great. The number of good reviews online put me at ease with my first purchase. Mike responded to my message right away and was very informative and straightforward about the vehicles. I purchased a 1972 El Camino from Tower Auto in September 2017, I live in Los Angeles so as one should be I was a bit uneasy not seeing the car in person. The posted pictures, conversations with Jared and having the car inspected helped me feel better but still I hadn't seen the car for myself. I have to say that I am pleasantly surprised by the customer service offered at Tower Auto. At first I was a little uncomfortable because there truly is not a lot of time for you to decide if you want a car or not. The cars sell pretty much while you stand there. Mike and Jared and the ladies in the office made the purchase quick and easy. After my original purchase I decided to get an extended warranty to off set any future repairs on a luxury vehicle. Similar story to Liz E. above. I bought a car from them, CarFax (at the time) was clean, and when asked they said the car was not in any accidents.
Fast forward 2 years, I run another CarFax, and the car now has an accident in its report. Turns out accidents in Pennsylvania can take a long time to show up on Carfax. But I'm sure they knew about it when they were selling it to me, and decided to lie instead.

Tower Auto Sales in Blawnox, PA never shows you the full and accurate carfax report from the car that you are interested in. They will only give you part of the carfax. They never tell you that your vehicle has been in an accident. These folks completely lie to you and they know that their cars have been in accidents and that the car doesn't have all the original parts.

GO TO A DEALERSHIP WHERE THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE TOTAL CARFAX REPORT. Dealerships are multi million dollar companies that are way more credible

Jared was an exceptional A+++ salesman. Can't say enough about him! He was accommodating, patient, made himself available but applied no pressure. He provided all of the information we asked for regarding the vehicle we were interested in, allowed my husband and myself to each test drive the vehicle on separate occasions. Just bought a 2 year old Nissan Leaf from Tower. Great pricing, detailing of the car, and no pressure atmosphere. They are car lovers who happen to sell cars. Also, they put my choice of tire on the car, Nokian WRG3. I recommend.

I went there on a Wednesday evening, found the car that I liked and walked out the following day with the car. They made it so easy. Jared took his time and explained all the features. The employees don't follow you around nor do they pressure you into getting a car. There is an auto body and service shop there also. There was a small chip on the grill emblem that Matt replaced. The repair department at Tower is great. I know a lot about cars and have a hard time having work done for me, but Bob and the other guys can do my work anytime. They are honest and don't do unnecessary work. I get both my cars inspected there, with no problems that aren't real. They call me with any problems and try to fix it as inexpensively as possible. It is also done quickly as possible.

Bought a car from Tower about a year ago; yes it was a cheaper car than what they normally sell, so they weren't interested in giving me a great sales experience, but they also lied to me...showed me a Carfax that showed no accidents...after buying the car and having a couple of people (used car sellers) look at it, we noticed uneven and mismatched paint, and new/aftermarket body parts and it was obvious the car had been wrecked and repaired. Luckily I was able to sell the car for close to what I bought it for (even after telling the buyer what I knew about it.) It gave me a bad taste

I purchased two higher end cars from Tower Auto Sales and I have been extremely satisfied with both the sales process and the unmatched service that I personally felt went above and beyond what I expected and what I have previously received from a new car dealer.
It wasn't the traditional sales pitch and process that we all know , used and disliked in the past. They still exist but I hope that I never need to do it "their" way again.

The sale/price/trade all went smoothly. The salesman proundly presented a clean carfax. The car has been good except:
1. a google search of the vin revealed that the front bumper, front fender, doors, and rear fender had all been replaced at the auction house (manheim) apparently to escape Carfax. All of this was on the sales slip from Manheim. The sales guy had to know, although he claimed the buyer never told him. Slick.
2. after a flat tire, it was discovered the spare was missing. after maybe 10 phone calls, and another 10 emails, several visits, and a month, a new wheel (non matching
