Jared is phenomenal. I was so disappointed in my local dealers (Northern VA) that I decided to expand my search for a 2022 Tacoma. I was lucky enough to end up at Ken Ganley. I spoke to Jared about what I was looking for and he was able to pull up a future shipment and get it reserved for me. He also mentioned he had a long bed coming in, which is the exact spec my dad had on order in Hawaii. So, I called up my dad and based on customer service, Jared was able to sell two Tacoma’s within 24 hours to a single family. Nice facility, friendly staff, bought a used 2013 Toyota Highlander from them a few years ago. I drove it around the facility and on that short stretch of road. I did not drive it on the highway. I paid for the vehicle and drove it home. When I got on the highway it made an unusually loud noise when I hit 70 miles an hour. I didn't find out until recently from another Toyota dealership that the wheel bearings were damaged in the rear wheels because the vehicle probably hit something at one point. Either they knownly sold me this car with the the problem or they failed to do their due diligence

Once again a great experience with the Ken Ganley dealship. Took my truck in for service/recall. The work was completed while I waited. Their service I found to be top quality. The service advisor (Josh Bruce) was very professional, kept me updated on the progress of the work. I have been going back to Ganley for service over the past few years. I believe when you find quality work, good service and perfessionals why go anywhere else. From my experience I can recommend Ken Ganley service department.

Quick service, affordable, and the employees are very pleasant! Used to go to Firestone for regular maintenance, but have had too many bad experiences there. This Toyota service center is much more enjoyable! They don’t try to talk you into services you don’t need. Will definitely return for future maintenance.
