Certified Plumbing did a fantastic job repairing my outside leaky facet. Ron and Scott were great to work with. I called them Friday afternoon and Ron was able to squeeze me into the schedule on Monday. I really appreciated this since most of the other plumbers I had called didn't even call me back. I will definitely be using Certified Plumbing for all of my future Plumbing needs. Thank you guys.

I had the workmen come to repair my shower leak. After the leak was repaired it was impossible to keep the temperature regulated, I thought it would be ok so I kept trying to adjust it, I was constantly having my skin burned or freezing. I had no problem with regulating temps prior to the repair, also the the cold water knob was twice as long as the hot water one, I thought that could be the problem so I called the workmen to come back & take a look. He was very insulting... telling me “to just keep turning the knobs” stated he didn’t know why the knobs were different lengths & was not interesting

I needed an inspection for my home insurance. Ron came out and arrived at the scheduled time. He was totally professional and polite. He was a wealth of information on the house which I had just purchased. He conducted a thorough inspection and answered my many questions. I'd been calling around for an estimate on a water heater plus install. I had an idea of what was entailed in the process so some answers I received I could tell I didn't want to do business with that person or company based on response or just the way they spoke to me like my phone call was a waste of their time. I didn't realize it, but I called Certified right as they were closing for the day and got the owner, Ron. I told him what I needed and he explained A-Z exactly what they would do and what it would probably cost. Then he said "we can do it tomorrow." Despite being the highest estimate

After being "ghosted" by a couple companies, I contacted Ron at Certified Plumbing Services. Ron responded to my voice mail right away. After agreeing to the price, the project was completed timely and very professionally. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I highly recommend Certified Plumbing Services! Other contractors should learn about how to do business (returning phone calls, not standing up a customer) from Ron.

Called Certified Plumbing after having another plumber here that gave me a very expensive quote for what seemed to be two easy repairs. They actually answered the phone when I called the number, and I was very fortunate that the plumber was in my area and they came in a couple of hours. What I was told was going to be at least $600 and parts that would take weeks to get in by the first plumber was done by Certified for $185 in less than an hour! I will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing repairs.

I called Ron on a Monday morning after our hot water heater went out on Saturday. He offered to come over on Monday, but we were unavailable. He came over first thing Tuesday morning to assess the situation and was able to install the new water heater Tuesday afternoon. I didn't get to meet Ron in the morning, as I was at work, but since I came home in the afternoon, he made the effort to come over to introduce himself while his employee was completing the work.
