I experienced an emergency water shutoff and contacted Drain Genie in an extremely desperate situation. Alvin & Co. responded asap to shutoff the water flow and made the necessary repairs. Upon arrival, and all through the process, they had an extremely knowledgeable, respectful and thorough knowledge of the situation and their work. Their repair was exemplary and the price cost was extremely reasonable considering the emergency situation and work needed for repair.

Fantastic service. Sent pics of my problem right through the phone and they gave me a good quote in minutes. They sent Terry out the same Saturday afternoon to fix my problem. They were very prompt. They came on the same day of request. They were very honest, professional and skilled. My only concern is that I had to pay $300 for just replacing a sedimentation filter in less than an hour (excluding the filter price). In my opinion, this is too expensive. The cost should have been a way less than that.

We own a small business in Sanford Florida and had a plumbing problem surface. One of our employees flushed something down the toilet and backed it up at 3pm.
