Advantage Plumbing, Inc. is a full service plumbing firm serving both residential and commercial customers. Founded in 1991 by A. Thomas Smith, a Master Plumber, our business is based in Seminole County and serves customers across Central Florida communities. You can count on us for all of your plumbing installation, replacement and repair needs.

We train all of our plumbers and technicians to meet the highest standards of quality craftsmanship. We keep customer satisfaction at the heart of everything we do. Each of our team members will listen carefully to your requests for service and provide you with competitive estimates. We maintain overhead below the industry average, which allows us to pass on the savings to our customers.

It is our goal to provide you with affordable plumbing services, while maintaining the best equipment, vehicles, and safety measures. When API began, we had a select team of about 10 skilled employees. Over the years, we have grown to over 40 employees. We had a water heater that went bad. On the recommendation of our contractor, we called Advantage Plumbing. They worked us in the next day to install a new water heater. Installer was knowledgeable and efficient. The water heater he installed was a high quality unit, so it was a bit more expensive than your home depot special, but we are expecting years of service from it. The installer kept me informed of what he was doing every step of the way, and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Advantage Plumbing,and will call them for future plumbing needs.

It started out as a clogged sink at my grandparents house. Mike came out and fixed that issue but found a bigger problem with cracked pipes. Mike was on time polite and explained everything to my grandfather. At 1st we thought cabinets would have to be removed but Justin took the time to come look at the issue to come up with a plane that would not… involve removing the cabinets. My wife and I have used Advantage Plumbing for years. We've been so impressed with their quality and consistency of work that I thought I'd leave a review for anyone considering them.
Here's what we needed done last week:
-Replace old hot water heater with tankless hot water heater
-Replace leaky kitchen faucet

The team at API is fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was Friendly, professional, and punctual. The installers were patient and worked with my wife and I on the lay for the rough in shower valves in the master bathroom. The wholly time making sure it would be exactly what my wife and I wanted, which took some time. They went as far as drawing out templates and hanging them on the walls to help visual how the shower would look. Before the project was complete (and during) we walked the job, and they made sure that we were happy with everything before they left. The team members at API are enthusiastic

We had a slight issue with our original service call, otherwise it would be a 5 star review. The original work was done promptly and professionally, however, the worker had to replace my shower handle. We purchased a new fixture set thru Advantage, which carried an increased price because of the convenience. I had no problem with paying for the convenience but we didn’t receive, nor were all the parts replaced. When I brought this up with Khrissy she jumped right on it, had the owner come out to check, and scheduled a work completion day ASAP. Great people to work with and I am now happy with

5-star experience from start to finish with Advantage Plumbing! We had an emergency leak in our kitchen sink at 9pm. Their service team stayed on the phone with us to walk us through a temporary fix until they arrived. They came over right away, fixed the leak, re-piped the sink, and replaced the faucet. And they were able to get the faucet replaced free of charge under warranty without me having to do anything! Justin from the service team could not have been nicer or more professional. The quality of work is unmatched. I am a loyal customer for life. So happy I found Advantage.

We recently replaced an old water heater at our house with the help of Advantage Plumbing. Justin and Mike came out to take a look at the space and functionality of our old heater, recommended options for a replacement, and ordered and installed the new heater all flawlessly! I highly recommend Advantage Plumbing! They came out the same day (which is huge when you only have 2 toilets in your house) and were friendly and efficient. If you want your problem fixed fast and the right way, this is the plumbing company you want to call.
