I went in to buy a 2021 ram rebel 1500. This wasn't my first time buying a car, so I know how this process works. I obviously negotiated the price of the car. I thought everything was going great, except after I signed all papers and closed, my salesman Jay would not stop complaining about how I negotiated the price. It was the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. He went on for 30 minutes to me about how I shouldn't have done that, blah blah blah. He then complained to my girlfriend as well. Very shady people here I will never refer or go back to buy a car here ever again

Wouldn’t buy here again since I’m out of state! They don’t register your vehicle in your state for you… it was so stressful and an extra hassle trying to register my vehicle in my state. Then when I was finally able to, I was told they didn’t charge the right taxes for AZ so I got hit with paying $1400 upfront to get my tags. Never again! Other dealerships in area do out of state registrations.

These guys were amazing - radio and Bluetooth randomly stopped working.
They spent a lot of labor and under estimated the time they thought it would take, gave me prompt updates daily and even gave me a bigger screen for everything. They got all the parts quick and got it done with great communication. Now everything works perfect on my 328i

We were in the market for a manual MINI and Beemer Haus had one advertised at a decent price. We talked to Nick and scheduled a time to come see it the following Saturday. He called us about an hour before our appointment and told us the owner's sister's car had broken down so he had loaned her the MINI we were coming to look at. But they were able to get in touch with her, and by the time we got there, the car was back on the lot. They didn't negotiate on price and they didn't add on shady charges like clear coat or Nitrogen in the tires. There were no surprise fees.

He provided additional detailed pictures of everything I requested and took care of every minor blemish on the vehicle prior to it leaving the site. He was easy to talk with and always prompt to reply. When I received the car, there was one patch on one tire, which I was not aware and no one mentioned before but when I spoke to them about it. They were so quick in sending me the money to replace the brand new tire. Great Customer service experience.

So I went to car gurus website to look for a car ,found one ,which took me to Beemer Haus
Wow this is the way to buy a car .
For starters Jordan was the best sales guy ,no pressure,no rust ,super chill and extremely helpful

I had an appointment at I autohaus for noon to get my oil changed, when I got there they told me OK pick up the car around 5:00 PM. I had a WAIT APPOINTMENT AT NOON and made sure I told the Service Guy that I lived far away and would have to wait he said no problem. They said we don't have time now and I left ! NEVER TO RETURN ! I told him to take a hike ! I had driven past Beemer Haus on the way so I stopped in met Steve the Service Manager he said NO Problem got me right in & out Quick & clean ! We recently purchased our second BMW from Beemer Haus and we had such a great experience which usually isn't the case when you buy a car. Financially we were in a tough spot but knew wanted a BMW. Derick (the finance guy) went above and beyond working with us and essentially helped us buy our car. We weren't pressured or rushed everything went so smooth and we were out of the dealership within an hour or two. We really love working with these guys and there's a reason we keep going back to buy our cars here.

Buyers beware!!! I would give them less than one star but I don't have that option. I will never recommend them. We purchased a car from them 5 months ago and 5 months later we are needing to buy 4 new tires. The car had 30,000 miles on it when we purchased it from them and at 35,000 all four tires need to be replaced. I called them to see what they would do about it and they flat out told me nothing. It is what it is. They told us that the front tires were brand new and I told them it was impossible because tires do not completely wear out in 5,000 miles. I asked them to show me proof

I asked him for some simple information about the car but for some reason he didn't want to help me. I believe he just didn't want to take the time out of his day to help me.
Then he got a major attitude and wanted to argue with me.
He said that He would "educate" me.
All this after I told him I wanted to buy a BMW.
Anyway, He showed me what their dealership was like and what it would be like in the future.

My husband recently bought an i3 from Beemer Haus with the salesman's emphasized selling point being "because it's electric, you'll get the special cloud plates that allow you to access the HOV lane!" (My husband actually traded in a leased car early just to get this benefit.) Well, the i3's plates just came in the mail and the salesman's statement was patently false. Turns out, the program with those plates only applies to purely electric cars, not models with the range extender. But this means a difference in my husband's commute time from thirty minutes

I dropped by anyway to check out a $17k list Mini Cooper that was sitting on the lot for over a month. Figured they might want to get rid of it.
The sales guy simply said they don't budge on the list prices and let me walk out without attempting to get a name or number.
Green pea move. Would've been a quick 30 min cash sale if you'd have came down ~$1k, out of pure convenience of me not having to go haggle on a new car.

After dealing with this dealer I'm in doubt to ever make a purchase here and also would advise other not to as well. I bought a vehicle from out of state from this dealer. I told them to notate all the issues.
They said car had no scratches anywhere or other issues of any kind. I had the car shipped enclosed so I have no worries and to also prevent the dealer from saying any of the issues were doing transportation, so I paid a high dollar for this service. Before the vehicle was to be shipped I was told it would be properly cleaned.

By far the best dealership in town hands down from the customer service to their prices. They are doing it right over there...I had logged onto there site and found the vehicle I was looking for and called. Nick answered and was extremely friendly, helpful, and most importantly not pushy!! Nick did not try to push me in to just "Coming In" but he heard me out. Where do I start. When we first drive up to the dealership we were met by Nick. He was warm and inviting and answered all out questions. He allowed us to test drive a couple vehicles without the pressure of the back seat driver syndrome.
Once we choose our vehicle Nick handled all the financing and was successful in getting us the deal we needed.
The dealership also kept their word and replaced two tires that had low tread for newer ones.
