I had never heard of this company before but was willing to take a chance. I had 3 other rodent control companies in previously, none who were able to successfully find where mice were entering my basement. truly Nolan sent Matt to my house. He was extremely thorough (more then the other companies) and afterwards shared where he though the problem was. They were able to send somewhere out the next day (while I was at work) to fill the cracks they believed were the entry point and another spot. To date. It has been almost 10 months and the repair seems to have been successful 🤞. I would highly

I had an inspection completed last year due to a possible insect issue and Joey was the inspector that came out. He is very personable, friendly and explains everything very well. Luckily I did not need a treatment, but I'm grateful for the quick response. Their inspections for pests are free, and I would highly recommend Truly Nolen for any pest issues!

This was our initial pest control treatment. John, our technician called to advise he was on his way, and arrived on time. He was very friendly, courteous, and professional, and answered all of our questions. We also had a great experience with Joey from sales. We're hoping that the work they did will control the pesky pests that seem to enjoy our home.

Sam was very thorough. He took down all spiderwebs and took note of where there seemed to be more activity, giving special attention to those areas. He even took off every outlet plate to spray behind them. Everything was very professional. We will continue to use Truly Nolen and Sam is welcome to do our service anytime.

Had a great experience with Truly Nolan. We had a yellow jacket nest in the ceiling of our living room. First visit was from inspector, super nice guy, informative, showed up on time, gave an estimate and set up appointment for removal. Today was removal.. Again, technician was a super nice guy, showed up on time, very thorough on removing the nest (it was 2 1/2 feet long!) and making sure there were no yellow jackets flying around the house and he went above and beyond outside in finding plenty of openings in our old brick that he sealed up to prevent reinfestation. Very impressed with this company
