Lee was my service technician today. He called at 8am to let me know about what time he planned on arriving. He was on time. Very polite, through, explained what he was doing & what he was looking for. Lee found no issues.
Lee was courteous, polite & I could tell he was the type of guy that enjoyed his job & helping others. Dressed nicely in his uniform. So many times the good guys are left behind! I wanted to make sure he was recognized as a very good serviceman & a nice representation of Scherzinger.
The office staff that set up the appointments are always VERY helpful & courteous too!

Service tech was professional, informative, and went well beyond the service I have received from other pest services I have used in the past, offering to take the time to treat each issue with targeted tools and chemicals rather than just a spray and dash. Highly recommend.

Kross, was very professional and nice! Noticed no fleas or bed bugs and went through a thorough history of where i have been. I didn’t even think of poison ivy which I had gotten 5 years before and bad and my red bumps/ rash/ pus coming from them were the same symptoms. Confirmed by my doctor. Thank you so much for being honest! I would definitely recommend this company and use them again!

I have no pets but had fleas in house. Aaron did a great job in getting rid of the fleas. He was very helpful & explained what he was doing & why. He showed me where the mice were getting in. They carry in fleas as well as the raccoon we had in basement for couple months . Thanks Aaron.

Scherzinger has been great. Easy to get someone on the phone, easy to get an appointment scheduled. And if, in between appointments, we were starting to see more bug activity than we would like it was easy to get someone to come back out free of charge. I also like that we get the same person each time. Johnny has been our guy since we signed up. He does a great job. Always positive and very nice to our kids (5 and 6) who follow him around and talk his ear off from start to finish.

I was very happy with the service until my wife got a new bank card. They continued to send people to the house even though the card (no longer in service) was declined (not because we're broke, but because she got a new card). They never called, no mail notification, they didn't even have the people coming to the house notify us that there was an issue. Instead, they sent her to collections. Apparently they've never had a DEBIT card wear out.

We had noticed little pieces of styrofoam on the floor by our garage doors. Never noticed any type of bug around the doors. Had Scherzinger come out and they discovered it was from carpenter ants. They were making a new home in my garage doors and were also starting to eat away at the wood frame around the doors. The next day after the treatment there were hundreds of dead carpenter ants on the floor along the garage door. Ended up doing the yearly plan and have not noticed any more issues. Even found a lot of dead stinkbugs from them treating around the house trim and behind the gutters. I believe

Scherzinger was a huge disappointment (sorry Steve and Kurt and Eric). Black Diamond Pest Control was great. We had bald face hornets coming into our house from a nest in the chimney. Our first call was to Scherzinger (well known local company and we had used them before). Their representative came out and was totally unprepared. We had waited days for this appointment; I took time off work to meet him here. After several conversations with his supervisors and after telling us they wouldn't be able to do the work that day (it was obvious the tech did not want to go up on the roof, it is a one story

Wendy was so thorough and so helpful! She gave me tips on how to slow down the millipedes that I’ve had for a few weeks now. She was early and spent a lot of time spraying and inspecting, being careful to make sure my cat and kids weren’t affected. I am so grateful to Wendy and Scherzinger for responding so quickly and always being so kind!
