We have used Select for years, at our old and new house (both times for ants). Every tech we have dealt with has been very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as the girls who set up appointments.
I called Select for help with wasps but was told that if I didn’t know where the nest was, they couldn’t help. Because of this I called another pest company and they basically said they couldn’t get it because of the locations. They told me this only AFTER I signed up and they saw the nest (glad they found it but they couldn’t help me).

Mike at Select Pest Control was amazing to work with! Mike was extremely knowledgeable about bed bugs and very informative on the topic and his process. Kevin, the Wildlife Technician, was great to work with. He responded promptly, install traps on the exterior entrances to the attic ( Wood louvers which squirrels had eaten through) that were almost 30’ in the air, and applied steel mesh wire to prevent them from entering again. While the traps did not catch any squirrels trying to re enter, the mesh help to keep them out. The traps remain in place for about a week before Kevin came to remove them. While no squirrels were caught, the issue was resolved. Kevin also remove a small squirrel nest from the attic, where it looked like they had inhabited

Service guy was very rude and disrespectful when asked to spray certain problem areas actually got loud with me and started yelling at me to not tell him how to do his job. Only comes on and sprays behind fridge and right by cabinets and every once in awhile in the bathrooms does not do living room or bedrooms at all this problem been going on over a year with the same company no progress being made the problem is getting worse not better they should be ashamed to have this guy working for this business at all and I hope it doesn’t reflect the service you would receive from the company as a whole

Try elsewhere first. We have a wasp nest somewhere in our walls, but we only know the vague location. The technician wasn't willing to look in the attic or the crawl space, and said he didn't have the equipment with him to help locate them. He ultimately left the job site without investigating further. We still have a wasp nest in the walls of our house. The whole experience was exasperating.
