Pretty much the same. They refused to give a quote then were impatient when out here and I didn't know the prices in the area and was pressured. I heard 180 for two lock changes...which is expensive... But then was charged 180 each LOCK for less than 10 minutes of work. The whole experience felt really shady.

These people STOLE $400 dollars from me to "program" my key. My car is still not fixed tech didn't give me a receipt or anything I called several times and the supervisor NICK told the receptionist that they couldn't help me and hung up on me. How do these people go to bed at night knwing they're stealing money that it's hard to make during this PANDEMIC. They need someone to sue and trust me that will be ME. garbage people. THE WORST WORST WORST!!! DO NOT CALL AND DEFINITELY DONT USE THEIR SERVICES!! Some guy came not only was he so incredibly rude and impatient but he tried to open the lock charging me $120 and he ended up breaking my lock! This foreign man was so useless and rude! He then proceeded to say it's an extra $97 to change the locks when I didn't want him breaking it in the first place! DO NOT use them DO NOT call them they just SCAM!! See my photo for proof!! These people, receptionist, "supervisor," and "locksmith" are all a sham. The man they sent came in his own car, could barely speak and understand English, and took my locking mechanism and cylinder and NEVER returned it. Said he would be here day after day and NEVER showed up. They are shady and untrustworthy. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

The absolute worst company ever. Do not call them. They are shady, fraudulent, and refuse to give you quotes before they send out technicians. I called them because I made the mistake of Googling "24/7 locksmith" when I was locked out of my place.
