I had taken this contact from my friend for LA Best Locksmith. Worse, I had never contacted them before then and did not know how reliable they are, but it was the only shot I had. My Son Started Training For A New Job Today, Once at Work He Somehow Broke His Car Key His Only Key to His Car Inside of The Lock To His Trunk. I Wasn't Sure If I Could Use Roadside Assistance Because it Wasn't A Lockout, He Had Broken The Key Off Into Lock of The Trunk. MY Son Was Somehow Able to Get The Broken Piece of The Key That Was Inside of The Trunk Lock.
I Took The Broken Piece To This Locksmith at LA Best Locksmith, He Was Able To Accurately Duplicate The Key And To My Amazement The Key Worked. The Cost Was A Well Deserved $6.00. The Locksmith Made My Day! He Got it Right The First Time

The worst customer service! They scammed me. I was told there would be a $45 service call and $95 to unlock the lock (i had sent a photo of for an estimate). The locksmith came and told me it would be $350! That was BS….he was trying to scam me so I canceled and he charged $100. I then contacted the manager about it and he said he didn’t even know who that technician was! So unprofessional and I got no help. Just phone calls and harassment the entire evening.

Lost my keys today and contacted this company..they picked up rite away and within an hour and half ken arrived...i got an original acura 2019 rdx remote made within 10 minutes...just FYI please make sure you are very clear about the price so there is no suprise. They are reasonably priced and I'd definitely use them again

I was on my way to pay my rent and I realized as soon as I stepped outside my door I forgot my keys. So I called the locksmith and they were very accommodating and friendly and very professional with me. Ron came on time, super sweet guy and he worked with me and my situation very quick and efficiently! We had them come to our office to change out the lock, and they ended up making the door knob so loose we were afraid someone could break it off by opening the door. And then the door wouldn’t unlock at all. So we called them back to fix their mistake and they first quoted us $800… after telling them we never had this issue before their technician came out last time they lowered it to $700. We found another company who came out and repeatedly said the job done before was incorrect, and he pulled out tape from the lock. They used tape!! He said it was a faulty job, fixed it in 30 minutes for

The absolute worst customer service. I called for an estimate on a commercial building, they did not disclose that there would be a service charge regardless if I chose to use their company or not. Then they tried to haggle with me and proceeded to yell at me to pay them a service charge when they never even provided an estimate to begin with. Would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the self respect

Asked if they duplicated keys for my car over email. They replied saying they need to see the car in person. Since I'm relatively close I didn't have an issue with it. Brought the car in technician checking the car and person in booth were both maskless. Asked technician in my car to put on a mask. His response "we don't work in masks. It's up to you" complete waste of time. Multiple other locksmiths gave me virtual quotes with no issue.
