My husband and I have chosen this company around 3 times in the last 5 years. The first time we used them, they were ok. The second time that we used them they caused some damage to our new apartment, but they were honest, so we ignored it. This last time will be our last. They left all the boxes in the garage of our new house instead of taking them where they needed to go. Something we did not notice until after they had already left. They took a long and I mean long lunch break (over 30 minutes in the middle of the job) but only gave a 10-minute credit. The van was too small, so they had to make

After having a very bad moving experience with another local company I picked this company to move the rest of my stuff into a storage facility and I’m VERY pleased with my experience. They got me in with less than a week’s notice, they were on time, the movers were very efficient and friendly, everything arrived to the storage unit in the same condition it left my house, and price was extremely reasonable! My only regret is I didn’t take out more cash to tip the movers because they were really great! Will definitely be using this company for my next local move.

I generally had a good experience. The quote was accurate and the company was good at follow through. However, the whining from at least two of the crew members was ridiculous. They complained about the stairs. They complained about some of the items that had to be moved. They just complained a lot. I understand that I had a lot of big heavy items. It’s why I hired a professional moving company.

The movers worked diligently and patiently loading and unloading. It was a big job and they handled it well. I do wonder if it would of gone faster and even more efficiently if there had been four people assigned to the crew instead of three. It seemed like that slowed down the process and made a four and a 1/2 hour job six and a 1/2 hours.
Availability and flexibility were key. Manager comes to house to do an inventory and that was appreciated. A full sized truck is utilized and that was impressive.
