On their website it says house lockout $35-$120. Yet I was charged a $30 service fee and $175 to unlock the door. I live in a mobile home. The owner says it depends on the lock. Ridiculous it took the guy less than 5 minutes to tap a key in the lock with a screwdriver. Really. Ripoff getting over. Would not recommend!

If I could leave -5 stars I would. I locked my car keys in my trunk, I called this company they told me they can be out in less than 15 minutes. I was on my way to my grandson's birthday party with his cake in my trunk. I was very frazzled so I did not take the time to call different locksmith and get different prices and times I went with the first one that popped up on my phone. They showed up 35 minutes later, Took them maybe a minute to get into my car, and charged me $140, yes you saw it right. I told the guy that was outrageous And all he said was well that's what he told me to

Nine thumbs down. The first visit the tech tried lockpicks then tried jimmying using a tool to jiggle the pins. Lastly he said well I have another tool I can try it won't cause any damage but I have never tried it before. He clamped a tool on and pulled the entire core of the doorknob out he then used a screwdriver to open the door. He put the knob back together. A few weeks later we detected the knob acts locked but if you jiggle the knob left and right it unlocks from outside! We called the company the dispatcher told us they would be out by 9 the next day. They called me just after 11
