Downs Security Solutions, formally Downs Safe & Lock, was founded in 1900 by CC Downs. The company remained in the Downs family until 1963 when CC's grandsons sold the business to George and Rachel Pinson. George a World War II veteran and former employee of the Mosler Safe Company managed the company until 1995.
Downs Security Solutions offers a wide range of services and products to satisfy our valued commercial client base, as we understand the importance of a "one call" solution. Downs Security Solutions is proud to offer Schlage Primus, Medeco, and Mul-T-Lock High Security Patented Key Control products. These products greatly enhance the level of security provided from conventional locks by incorporating elements in the lock that protect against forced entry and professional lock by pass techniques.
I would like to say end to end 5 star service. The follow up and follow through is outstanding! The customer experience is exceptional! I had an issue with my lock on the main door. I called and got David and he was able to work me in. Alyson my technician was the up most professional making sure that all door were keyed and operable and the work site was clean before leaving.

Scotty was great!
Called when he was on his way with an ETA, called when he got here. Explained everything, how and why my old locks were terrible, and how and why the new locks he installed were much better and safer.
Would definitely use same company and request Scotty in the future for my own needs as well as my friends and family.

Real nice people they made keys for me quick and easy it's a real brick-and-mortar locksmith shop not a mobile-only service you can come in here and have a house key made for a few dollars or you can buy all new locks for your house and they can install them they also have a good selection of states and all kinds of keyrings anything you need for your locksmith these guys and ladies have it.

Great service, from dispatch (thanks Jessica) to the skilled locksmith (Scotty) who came to our home and quickly repaired our deadbolt lock. Be very careful who you call - Downs charged me less than a disreputable individual posing as a locksmith who provided a temporary solution and charged much more.
Downs Safe & Lock is our provider of choice in this category from now on. I highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable service at reasonable prices.
