We ordered 5 garage doors for a new construction custom home back in December 2020. Four of the doors came in on time and were installed correctly. One of the doors took several months later to be installed. It was installed with four correct panels, and one incorrect panel that had extra windows. We only wanted one pair of windows on the top panel. We have been waiting, with no communication from Windsor, no follow up, no concern, for over 9 months now without any resolution. We have to beg for a return call and still don’t get one. I have no complaints about the product or quality of the doors

They were friendly but unorganized. They basically want your garage empty. So if you're not moving out or in of the house they make it very difficult on you. They want the garage empty and they won't do the work till someone comes out to verify its empty. Which means you cannot do this in one day, your stuff has to sit outside. I question how these guys sell any garage door.

I just had two ancient screw driven door openers replaced with two new Liftmaster belt driven motors and have to say I am very pleased with the experience and highly recommend this company! Dennis at the office was easy to work with and once the appointment was scheduled, Dustin and Jonathan walked me through all steps of the replacement, let me as a ton of questions, and were very professional throughout the entire install and even did a full tune up on my doors as well. I will be recommending this company to anyone in need of garage door service and repair! Thanks again guys!

We have been building our new house in T or C to enjoy our time at the lake. We hired Windsor Garage Doors to install our 12’x18’ garage door. We were initially told that the door would be delivered in 3 weeks but it took double the time to come in and arrived in 6 weeks. It was installed at the beginning of March. We immediately had problems. We had to call numerous times to report that the new springs on the door didn’t work. I talked to them for over an exhausting 2 weeks and assumed that they replaced the springs. This weekend a crew was there to do some finishing touches on our new build
