I had an emergency issue with my garage door and my dad recommended this company. They are super responsive, quick, reliable and they did not try to upsell me. The garage door was fixed within one hour and works well again. George, the service man, was courteous and professional. I paid a fair and affordable price.

I know I will be needing some other issues with my garage door corrected in the near future and I will absolutely be using this local company again. I recommend them without reservation as you can trust and rely on them without overpaying.

They called to verify the appointment and showed up on time. They recommended the replacement of a 20+ year old opener that had two blown parts with a new unit. The complete new opener was installed in about half an hour. Professional, friendly. Highly recommended.
Follow up - I had a call back because one of the safety sensors was malfunctioning because a stucco repair guy jammed it - not their fault. They fixed it the same day without any hassle or charge. Service above and beyond the call.

I had this company come out to assess intermittent closing of garage door.. they replaced safety eyes, charged for trip a total of 150 and did not fix Problem. When I called back to have them come out and install a new garage door opener they would not credit me for the service call, wete going to charge for another set of eyes, it did not solve the problem I would definitely not recommend this company!

We first worked with Chris' Garage Doors when our garage door stopped opening. Chris responded to my voicemail same-day (on a weekend!) and got me scheduled for a Monday afternoon fix. On Monday morning, I got a call that they could arrive early, which was wonderful. Had 16’ garage door installed - fellows that installed were top notch - problem was on the upper right corner of door - the vinyl didn’t seal. Called and unfortunately the owner of the company came by to see what was wrong- he argued it was not his problem- the problem was the opening for the door was not perfectly square - he said he was not there to true up the opening - the trim is plastic and was nailed in place - why they don’t use screws is beyond me. The owner of the company said “that is the best work they can do” I told him to leave. Five minutes later I had fixed the problem

My grandfather needed his garage door motor replaced. Overhead was giving us the run around for an installation date. My friend recommended Chris and I am glad he did. George and another team member came out and were extremely knowledgeable. Install was fast and efficient and everything is working great. They were significantly cheaper than Overhead and the communication was much better.
Chris had to call and ask some questions on a system we wanted and he was back in touch within 10 minutes as promised and had an installation time and date scheduled during that conversation.

He provided a detailed overview of how the springs contributed to the opening/closing of the garage door and supplied a reasonable estimate immediately. Accidently tried to open the garage door with the sliding lock in place, not a good idea. Chris answered quickly, arrived promptly and with his assistant, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in no time.
