This was the first time I had ever been here, this was a very nice place, when I walked in I thought I cant afford this, but then laurie came and talked to me and showed me their remnant room, she said that would be all I need. She was so kind, helpful, I really appreciate how she helped me.

They done my livingroom floor my front door needed cut off he said he did not have a tool to cut it off I gave him my skill saw to do the cutting. I called the office they did not do front doors. it was miss communication. but they took my money should I have been told before hand I had two more rooms to do but they will not do them.

This company is amazing. We had a carpet installation fall apart at the last minute with a national chain. I called Leicester flooring and they went above and beyond to turn our job around in under 48 hrs. From the sales person to the installation crew, we were beyond impressed with them. In addition, we feel like we ended up with a far superior product for a similar price point. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
