Had the same experience as the last reviewer (Stepfany C) I spoke on the phone with Gordon and was told that the master bath remodel I described was not large enough of a job for them. This was determined over the phone and without asking the size of the room. What they did ask, however, was the location of the home. Maybe I live in the wrong neighborhood? This was the scope of the job: Replace the outdated shower with frameless shower, new shower tile floor and surround, tile spa tub surround, install granite countertops on bathroom cabinets, remove wallpaper, texture and paint entire master

We used USI for our bathroom remodel and LOVE them! The level of professionalism and knowledge is incredible. They take care of everything first hand and don't pass it on to a foreman to get done. The work they oversee is above and beyond perfection. The $ is well worth the comfort knowing that the job will be done right. I will always use them for anymore projects I come up with :)
