The owner came, Sal saved the day. We hired a contractor who we paid a large sum of money to and ran off with it. After we talked to Sal and told him what had happened he did the job for the remaining amount! He is a good guy who made a nightmare turn into a dream. Plus we got awesome new counter tops in our kitchen!
