I cannot say enough about this group of young men. Off-Load Moving worked hard, efficiently and so politely! Incredible services and manners. I have moved quite a bit in my life and I have never had such a GREAT experience. Moving is never fun but Briar and his TEAM did an excellent job! Customer service seems to be less and less important to companies in many cases these days but definitely not the case with OFF-LOAD. I actually receive text messages on holidays from Briar personally as well as a thank you card which also contained a gift card - pretty impressive. It's the little things in my mind that set companies/people apart. I would also like to give a "shout out" to Briar's parents who actually helped out during the move. Great

We are highly satisfied with our experience. Off-Load Moving is a top notch moving company. The owner, Briar, goes above and beyond to explain all of the details and answer any questions with no loss of patience. His team of movers are an elite crew and I would trust them to move my mother-in-law. They took extra care with all of our items and nothing was damaged, even the light bulbs in our lamps were cared for like prized family heirlooms. All of the movers interacted with our son and felt more like friends than a company hired to do a job. We will definitely use them again for any future moves

I scheduled with this company to move a refrigerator from Yorktown to my home in Virginia Beach. Scheduled and confirmed the details days before. I was given a 30 minute window when they would arrive. I called and messaged them all day (the day of the move) with no response. I waited over 2 hours to meet them and they didn’t show.

I greatly appreciate the excellent effort by Briar and his team. Our moving experience was very professional and a great value. We had one minor issue moving our new refrigerator involving a handle; Briar was terrific tracking down a new replacement part and installing it onto the refrigerator. No drama, just doing the right thing for a customer. Problem solved! I would recommend Off-LOAD Moving LLC to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Off-Load Moving was courteous, efficient, and respectful in all aspects of moving furniture from my storage unit back to my house. They wrapped all the furniture in quilts and secured them. I could not have been happier with their service. Briar was on time from beginning to end of assessing what needed to be moved, scheduling, and day of the move. I highly recommend Off-Load Moving. This company is owned by a veteran.

I don’t usually right reviews but I thought I would make an exception! A little back story, I am in the military so I move ALOT and have had to use 4 different moving agencies. When I say OFF-LOAD Moving blew every single competitor out of the water I mean it. Brian and his team came in a day early to inspect the house and give me advice on what I could do to make the move quicker and time efficient, Brian than proceeding to give me a quote that was lower than any moving quote I have ever received. And this is all before even moving.

The Off load moving team is very professional,respectful, reliable and punctual. They did a phenomenal job transporting my furniture, it was all protected.
