Hello, my name is Carlos A. Kutza. I am the owner and founder of Last Call Plumbing. I have worked in the San Antonio and surrounding areas for over 10 years. When I called the business for an estimate The boss quoted me a price for the job. after the contractors worked for 30mins prices changed, they wanted to charge by the hour and on top of that come to find out they were not clearing out the right place. The problem didn't get fixed and they still charged 140.00 for a job they did not do

After seeing all the positive reviews on Facebook, decided to give them a call when we had an issue with our water heater. Talk about fast service! From the time we called them until the time they came was less than an hour. Carlos was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He followed all Covid protocols to ensure his safety and mine. He provided me with detailed information on our specific concerns and also provided me with suggestions on questions I had regarding our water heater. We required a plumber to fix a toilet problem and expected an extended wait and a costly expense. It was neither overpriced nor an extended wait. I called late morning they were out by the mid-afternoon and finished within an hour. The price was competitive and reasonable and more importantly below expectation. - Fixed the leak in my front yard.
- Low cost.
Cons:
- Left the broken pieces of pipe in my yard.
- Put almost none of the dirt back, which left a giant hole in my yard and a pile of dirt and rocks for me to fill.
- Didn't have the right sized pipe, as they looked through the pile of junk in their truck (flinging items around a messy truck like a cartoon character, I literally laughed out loud) they found a smaller connector and used that instead. Not sure how much that effects the pressure but it definitely effects the opinion of the customer when you're
