I spent one night away from home and that wasn’t a big deal. I would say the entire project took a little less then a week, that is with inspection and refilling the dirt. I think I have found my trusted family company. Great work, knowledgable staff, great comparable prices. Keep up the good

Hiring a plumber can be one of the scariest things a homeowner does, because there is a sense of uncertainty of the unknown, and a pricey outcome that lingers with every phone call. I have used Rapid Rooter for years. The team has provided excellent service. Amanda is always responsive and professional in taking service calls. Joshua and Jacob are excellent plumbers that I trust and rely on. A couple of weeks ago, Rapid Rooter completed a big project that required pinpointing and repairing leaks under the house. We called Rapid Rooter when we noticed a drainage leak. We were greeted over the phone by Amanda, she provided excellent customer service, was compassionate, and diligent to meet our needs. When the plumber promptly arrived, he was able to quickly diagnose our issues and fix the leak. He did not try to gouge us and fixed the problem at a very fair price. We would highly recommend the Rapid Rooter team to anyone.

I needed extensive repair of my pipes about 7 years ago. Adrian was super professional. Very satisfied. Trying to sell my home now but could not find the documentation on the repairs as my household goods were already moved. I called Amanda at the office. She was able to email proof of repairs and payment within 15 minutes of our conversation even though it had been several years. Wow! What AMAZING service all the way around! HIGHLY recommend.

Let me EXPLAIN. WHEN I SAY WE HAD A SERIOUS LEAK. WE HAD A MAJOR LEAK THEN TURNED INTO 3 LEAKS. THESE FOLKS HERE ARE THE BEST!. EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL, KEEPS THEIR WORD, THEY WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. Leak started at 12:34 pm on a Friday didn't finish NON-STOP WORK TILL SATURDAY 1:16 PM. SUPERVISOR SAID HE COME BACK PERSONALLY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS 100% AND HE DID! On SUNDAY! Thank you. THEY WORKED NON STOP EVEN AFTER THE 2 OTHER LEAKS CAME ABOUT AFTER THE CALL WAS ONLY FOR 1 MAJOR LINE LEAK. WHEN I SAID I HAD A RIVER AROUND MY HOUSE.
