If all your employees are this nice your company must be very proud and happy! They did a very nice job at replacing our old door and fixing the rails that were installed poorly to begin with.

I had capital overhead install two doors, motors, key pad, and all new hardware this week and they did a fantastic job all the way around. I knew they were very busy but they kept in touch with me throughout the process and came to measure then install all in a timely fashion, I would definitely go with capital for the good pricing and great service

After several weeks trying to get another company to company fix an overhead door, I called Capital Overhead. The first company came out once with 2 guys and spent 2 hours to fix the chain only for it to break again and told me that they would call me back. I got tired of waiting and called Capital Overhead and they sent one guy and he fixed the chain, replaced the board, and oiled all the hinges in only an hour! The repair guy was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company!

Our door had been giving us a lot of trouble (alignment of the eyes, cables coming off the drum, getting stuck, etc.) for a few months after my wife clipped it with her suv. Finally it got stuck in the open position for good. That's a security risk, so time was a factor. We first called a competitor because Capital had a longer lead time to come out. The competitor gave us a list of all the things wrong with the door, told us he couldn't fix it, and gave us an estimate of $2,800 to replace it.
