Truly awful customer service. Waited for service man and he did not show up, called and rescheduled and they did not show up again. Called the manager who never called me back. 5 days later, they had called a totally separate company to come look at my garage door. Overhead door had already fixed it by then! They were reliable and came the same day I called. Reasonably priced too! Lesson learned, I will recommend overhead door from now on.

They replaced my springs a couple years ago, and they just came to do some adjustments and general maintenance stuff. The door runs great now! Both times the tech was straightforward and polite, and the prices are very fair. I'm pretty sure that most, if not all, of the people with 1-star reviews are reviewing the wrong place by mistake.
