The decision to go with hardwood for your floors is a choice that people do not usually make lightly. Stan and his sons have carried on his legacy of great service and kind spirits when shopping for flooring. My husband and I are working on remodeling our home and went to FloorMax Direct in Dalton, GA. When we arrived we spoke to our sales agent Stan. We told him what look we were going for and the type of flooring we needed. He showed us a couple options. I fell in love with one of them and Stan gave us an AMAZING price for it. From beginning to end, the service at FloorMax was 5 star. We’ll be headed back in a couple weeks to get carpet for the remaining rooms. We met Stan at the Atlanta Home Show in September. He gave us a great price on luxury vinyl wood-like flooring, sent us samples and Chris Hough's flooring team installed it this week. I met the people from Floormax at a Home and Patio Show and looked at some flooring. They sent samples and we discussed over the phone, and they sent more, then discussed it again and they sent more samples. I think they sent 4-5 boxes before 'the one' appeared. It was a gorgeous 7" plank oil-rubbed, wire-brushed European Oak that was milled in the USA and because of a year-end special it was under $5 a square foot!! I never dreamed I would be able to afford a floor like this, so we ordered it and it was shipped to our city in Florida to a shipping facility. My son took his truck

Found it very interesting to just get this...when the slow boat from China finally arrived, my husband drove 10 hours round trip to pick up to make sure we got what we ordered. He discussed his issues with Jason Stanley's father (you????) regarding the poor level of customer service. Before my husband left, Jason (son of owner...social misfit?) told him he hoped our floor warped within 6 months...a customer who spent over $4000 with you! Well...we passed that 6 months mark & no warping. Fortunately your product is much better than your service and business attitude.

What a waste of $6k. Purchased solid walnut floors from home show in gwinnett. Salesman used a wire brush to scrape floor back and forth to show you strength of wood and finish. Well my 30 lb. dog was able to scrape up the floor in a matter of days. The salesman said it was russian walnut. The box said made in china. The floor within weeks started to crack and flakes of the finish came off. Expensive lesson. Will never buy from Floormax Factory Outlet again.
