Ordered a sample on August 7th, its now August 16th and they still haven't even shipped it. While it was only $2 its still not right to take anyone's money no matter the amount and not provide what you paid for. Glad I ordered a sample and not hundreds of dollars worth of flooring. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else, unless you're okay with giving them free money for no reason that is.

Best prices in Dalton and surrounding area. We had stopped in about five places up in that area and Carpet Express had the most to choose from and it was priced fairly. From the beginning, starting with my order, Carpet Express was fantastic! Customer service called to confirm my order and set the delivery. They were very easy to talk to, friendly, and attentive. When they called a second time to confirm the delivery time, I spoke to the same person. It wasn't an impersonal call center. It was a caring person that spoke to me as if we had done business together for years. Delivery went smoothly, on time, followed directions exactly, called ahead as I asked, and were very polite and professional. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone that asks.

Smooth ordering and delivery process! Browsed the CE website until I found a carpet that met my requirements. The CE representative was helpful providing a quote and shipping information, and ordering was straightforward. Carpet was delivered as promised to my house and off-loaded by the installer I had selected. I saved several hundred $ over the best local quote for identical carpet.

Our initial experience at carpet express was pretty positive. Melissa helped to educate me on various flooring options for our rental property. She was patient, helpful, and answered all of my questions. We checked out other flooring companies and finally decided on carpet express' luxury vinyl plank offering. So now it was time for the ordering process. It ALL went CRASHING down from here.

Tracy Spence at Carpet Express was awesome to work with! I am a very technical and detailed shopper and she kept answering my questions via phone and email, offered suggestions and also arranged to send me carpet samples of several types and colors of nylon carpets. And the prices from Carpet Express were so competitive that no local vendor could beat their price (including freight shipping) and I was able to charge my purchase and get airline miles!

I just cruised the site to check prices, but got great communication from Tracy and bought from them. Couldn't be happier with the service, the carpet, and the price. I saved half by buying carpet and padding from Carpet Express vs the local "discount warehouse." The shipping wasn't much more than the sales tax I saved. Everything happened as and when promised.
