Services
This model is similar to Flat Fee Cleaning Services, but there is a contractual agreement. This agreement is typically a 12 month cleaning service agreement. Stainless Housekeeping charges hourly. While there are pros and cons to each pricing method, hourly pricing for cleaning services is the most transparent and straight forward method.

In April 2021, I hired Stainless Housekeeping for cleaning services every other week. Things were great for several months, until October. No one showed up for my October 1st, 15th, or 29th appointments. I sent texts, left a voicemail, and emailed regarding the no-shows, but never got a response.
Two stars because the company was great for six months before dropping off the face of the earth.

Worst service ever!! DONT HIRE!!! They charge way too much and they are not good - over $1000 to clean an empty 4000 square foot area of a home. We did multiple walk throughs with the owner until we just got to the point that I had to hire another cleaner to come in. I gave her so many chances to fix it and she charged my card anyway and refused to reverse the charges (any amount). I did not authorize the charges either. She had my card because she said she required it on file to reserve the day. The new cleaners took pictures of things stainless missed and it was appalling. I'm happy to share

My first experience was great, I was impressed with the cleaner, she is a thorough cleaner and cleaned every minute of the hours I paid for. I scheduled a monthly cleaning service based on that experience and looked forward to the monthly cleaning. No one showed up to the next appointment I called and texted the owner-the ph# on the website. No one answered. No one has returned my phone call or replied to my text. I’m now having to look for another housecleaning company. A simple return text or call with an explanation would have been okay with me to continue the service.

Used this business to help us save time with our move. Had them clean an empty house. Pretty easy really. Charged us 646 dollars total. They were there 2 days and I'm dumbfounded on what they did in those days. The fridge was clean and the bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs were half clean. Ladies that were there threw their cigarette buts all over the yard. How are you a cleaning company that does that? House should smell like cleaners not what I smelled when I went back. I won't mention what I did smell. Very unprofessional. My wife and I had to go back and clean the house ourselves after paying

I appreciated the last minute appointment. However, the level of cleaning was more of "cleaner than before," but not clean. I specifically pointed out places that needed cleaning and saw later that they were still dirty. She was able to get tape off the window that was there before we moved in 5 years ago, though!

I always have my home deep cleaned twice a year. I have used them for the last four years. I called today knowing there was little chance I would get in before the holiday. The owner called me back an hour later saying she was able to move some appointments around and fit me in. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for going the extra mile.
