The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was kind and professional while here. He made small talk and wasn’t completely rude.
I removed one star because his scheduled window of time for arrival was between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, however, he let us know he was 20 minutes away at 10:00am and we weren’t ready. He was asked if he could come later but still showed up at 10:22am. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress on our whole family as we frantically moved furniture from one room to another while he got set up and even while he was cleaning the room.
(I feel that removing one star is generous

We had our carpets cleaned by these guys recently. The carpet cleaning was fine, but they scraped off part of our wall with their hoses requiring us to fix and patch all the drywall marks and chipped paint. When we told Juan, the manager, about it, he completely denied it and refused to do anything about it. I would never do business with a company like this. They are completely untrustworthy and don’t stand behind their business. Stay away.

I have used Precision Chem Dry to clean our carpet since we moved into our brand new house 5 years ago and I wouldn't trust anyone else! Juan and his team have always taken really good care of us. Their excellent customer service and great work keeps me calling them back each time. These guys cleaned my carpets in Provo and they look GREAT. The carpet was only a year old, so not a hard job, except that my cat was using two consistent spots to relieve herself. Everything I tried at home couldn't get the spots out, and since it kept smelling like cat urine, she kept using those two spots.
Edmund came and got them totally clean! There is NO TRACE of cat mess and the cat now just uses her litterbox. I will definitely use them again.
