Jed and his coworker were awesome with addressing our questions, getting the carpet cleaned quickly and explaining their process and any further treatment needed for removing the cat urine we were treating. The carpet looks and feels great and it’s nice to know that they used safe products for our family with quick-drying results. I’ll definitely use their services again when we need further cleaning and treatments for our carpets, couches or curtains. I only give 4 stars because I’m not sure how effective the cleaning process was to prevent our cat from peeing on the carpet.

Thank you! My carpets look amazing! We have a 1 year old grandson and a dog. It was important to us to find someone who uses clean products with No chemicals or strong smells. They were very professional and kind. They were respectful of my home. I love how they use wall corner guides for the hose’s to get around my house without damaging my house. I would totally recommend these guys.

Our carpets look and smell like new! Andrew and his partner were pleasant, patient with our puppy and toddler, and worked hard to get the job done. Afterward, we remembered a spot under a rug and they didn’t hesitate to get the equipment back out and take care of it. They also left us with some spot cleaner so I could take care of an orange cheese handprint my daughter left on her upholstered rocking chair. They went above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service and will definitely use them again!

This was my second time using TruRinse. The first time the restoration company called them. I’m glad I kept them in mind because my basement flooded again. And this time I didn’t want to go through a restoration company. I called these guys to lay new padding, stretch the carpet and professionally clean it. Jorden and Hendrick did an amazing job and they were super quick. I’m so glad I called TruRinse. It would’ve taken me hours to do what they did and I still wouldn’t have saved much. The price I was quoted was actually more than what they actually charged! I’ve never had a contractor

We started having this company clean our carpets when they were VCS. They were wonderful then and even better now. Their technician, Jordan, was very personable, professional and listened to our concerns and needs before he started cleaning. He was thorough and efficient. He also made some recommendations to help us keep some high traffic areas clean and scotch-guarded our chairs and hallways. The carpets look as clean as the day they were installed. TruRinse leaves you with a bottle of their stain remover that is all natural. We highly recommend this company.

My family just moved to UT County from out of State. I asked our realtor for a carpet cleaning company recommendation. He recommended another company. I looked up their reviews & they were terrible. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning . They are so professional they wear gloves, masks & booties. We had several rooms done in our home. They were very prompt . They even called to come early. They send you a reminder text the day before. They pre treat the carpets & let that sit on the carpets for a while. They use a van mounted vacuum to clean the carpets . They are fast & efficient. The carpets look amazing & aren't that wet they dried really fast. There is no residue or soap left on the carpets & they don't use harsh chemicals . They offer a protection

Top notch service! Logan was punctual, texted before he arrived to make sure we were ready for him, and did an excellent, professional job. The prices are very reasonable and we had him clean a 5 x 7 rug at our entrance too. Overall he left three rooms, hallway, stairs and landing plus that rug spotless and in a very timely manner. I tried them this year because I had a coupon and had heard good things and we will definitely call them again. At this rate we might switch to twice a year because we have two dogs and a teenager!

We had VCS come and clean our carpets today. We had one room that had previously been cleaned by another company. There were several stains from paints, markers etc that the kids had made, which hadn't come out. The other cleaning company said that the stains are permanent.
Matt with VCS took that as a challenge, and now the stains are gone :-) The room looks great, the stains are gone and we are happy. We will always use VCS Carpet Cleaning going forward.

VCS Carpet Cleaning came recommended from a friend, when we were looking to get our carpets cleaned before moving into a new house. I was thrilled with their work (the carpets looked brand new!) and the staff was the best I have ever worked with of any carpet cleaning company (and we've used many over the years). I will absolutely use VCS again--and I recommend them to everyone. Seriously, they're the best.
