Paul came out and did an amazing job I have not only three puppies but also track motor oil in to the house and previous cleaners could never get the oil out and Paul was able to get them out and get rid of the pet smell for good he explained it could have been in the pad but used an extra strong deodorant and it has not come back

Deluxe Carpet Cleaning knows how to "earn" your business. They have been so responsive and so helpful. After the first clean still left a little scent, they scheduled a follow up visit completely free and sent their best technician the next day to come and make things right. He was willing to do what it took to make sure we got the result we were hoping for. On top of that, they were so responsive when I called and showed that they were really trying to do a quality job. There is no question where we will go to get our carpets cleaned in the future.

Steve did a wonderful job. He is always punctual, always has all of his equipment and solutions ready. Always cheerful and has personality plus. The carpets are Super clean, and dry within a very short time, and everything is done. We did not inform ahead of time that we needed an area rug cleaned, but he was so happy to do it for us. He moves the furniture for us because we are older we cannot do it by ourselves. We want Steve every time, and we even have bought a package deal with the company. Great job!
