CWC is licensed by the Structural Pest Control of Arizona. The company was founded by Malcolm Carter in 1997 after nearly 30 years in the industry. It began as a small family business and has grown into a large family operation.

Scheduled for 11-1pm, the guy show up at 1:15. Office didn't call to let me know he's late. I had to call to ask and they said he'll be within the time frame, didn't happen. Other time guy just showed up without scheduling, when asked the office, they said they're coming every quarter.. but they never bothered to let me know about it. Bottom line, they do what they please regardless the customer needs or time frames. Not recommended

Cass and his crew do excellent work! We have been using them for over 3 years now. They spray all of our commercial properties for us and never miss an appointment. They even have a six month warranty and they stand behind it 100% percent. We recently had a client that needed 10 acres of undeveloped land cleared of weeds to avoid a city fine and they did an awesome job. Oh, and his office girl Jen is always polite and very helpful! Great job every time!
