Ant types vary widely in our area from simple carpenter ants to pharoah and fire ants. This is why we have six different products for treating the various types of ants specific to your home. Often mistakenly known as water-bugs or Palmetto bugs, American Roaches are on average, about 4 cm in length.

I've used Iron Mantis for 6 years now and and have nothing but positive things to say about them! Our first house we moved into had cockroaches, they treated right away and we never saw them in the house again! We also had them treat for termites there as well and they were professional and informative through the whole process.
We moved a year ago into a house with scorpions. They worked their magic and we don't have a problem anymore!!

Keith was very personable and informative! He explained where our bugs were most likely coming from and what we could do to fix the situation after he sprayed. He didn't try to pressure sell a contract and just informed me of different service bundles they had etc. When we are in a better position to have pest control on a regular basis we will definitely be calling them back!

Disappointed in their customer service from start to finish.
1) Pest control guy showed up to my home with NO MASK ON during the COVID pandemic (didn't ask permission not to) and then proceeded to cough all the way back to his truck after spraying the yard. Then the owner has the nerve to tell me he knows for a fact that the dude is healthy... we all know that's debatable!
2) First service is advertised on here as $29 from the business owner, yet I was charged $75. Owner told me he quote "never gives discounts" yet I can read his responses to other customers' bad reviews

Well, I didn't receive a phone call back the first day I called them at 8:00am. I did mention on the voice mail that I had a Groupon. Relunctantly, I called them again the next day but a red flag was flashing before my eyes. I received a text message asking for my address. I told them the area I was in, in Chandler. Except for this week I am only able to do Fridays. They couldn't do this week, which was "OK." But then by text they said would not be in this area on a Friday at all. The only day they will be in my area is 3 weeks+ out & not on a Friday. I received a refund

I have been with Iron Mantis for I believe 4 years or more at this point. They take great care of my yard and I have yet to find things/creatures I don't want to find. When I have little things come up (like ants) they come out right away and take care of it. They have never missed an appointment and the times I forgot to unlock my gate they come right back out to finish the job. They send emails to remind you of appointments and are very reliable. They are also fairly priced and competitive if not cheaper than some other companies out there. I like to support these small companies versus

I followed my signed agreement with Iron Mantis Pest Control and notified them in writing giving them 30 days notice that our lease was ending and I would need to cancel their services going forward. Not complicated right? They reached out to me a couple of days later and wanted me to give them a call, not part of the signed agreement and I don't need to speak with someone who is going to try and "save" the account. It is now July and they are still charging me for services that should have been cancelled. I am still dealing with such a routine thing....sad.... and I feel like there

I recommend this company if you don't have crickets or spiders. If you do have these everyday bugs Beware of upsell (additional $125 for special service) gave them numerous attempts to rectify the situation and no results. Apparently the stuff they use isn't strong enough so they said they would have to use a different method hence the up charge. I don't live on a farm or anything like that were there are excessive pests. I live in a normal community with everyday household pests.
