Each technician is trained to customize the pest control service to each home (business and class room) using inspection and control techniques that target various common pests. I called Vepcon this morning to inquire about treatment for bed buds which we discovered in the house we recently moved in to.
I left a message and got a call back is less than a minute. While Vepcon doesn't specialize in bed bug treatment, the woman I spoke with was pleasant and conscientious enough to spend the next five minutes advising me on how to shop for a bed bug specialist, what questions to ask, and selection criteria, and what to beware.
Just her demeanor and logical expertise put me at ease and helped me become even better informed.
