Rocket Pest Control is the best! When we moved in to our new build home, wolf spiders decided they wanted to move in with us. We were referred to Rocket Pest Control by a friend after I was stung by a scorpion in our backyard. Since starting service with Jason we haven't had any bug problems. We went from seeing black widows quite often to seeing nothing, which is a very good feeling with a child now in our home. Jason always communicates via text or call to schedule a service time that works best for us. He honestly cares about offering a great service and making sure our expectations are always met. I am probably the biggest bug baby in the world. When we moved into a new house, I saw Jason spraying outside a neighbor's and basically accosted him to ask about rates and services. He was friendly, personable, and able to put us on the schedule a couple of days later. It has been a year now, and we have never seen a bug in the house and have had no issues outside, despite living in a new build community with lots of construction and therefore lots of critters around. Jason is wonderful! He texts you the day before he comes and also when he’s on his way. He’s communicative, arrives on time, helpful, personable, and his prices are very reasonable. I haven’t had any bug problems since I hired him. Jason owns the company and does all of the work himself, so he really cares that the customer is satisfied. Since moving into a new home with a neighborhood still under construction we had lots of critters crawling around. I'm so thankful I was referred to Jason for pest control. We live in a new build community near Desert Ridge and all of our neighborhood starting finding spiders and other bugs. The few of us who used Jason haven't had any bugs since he started spraying. Our other neighbors weren't so lucky so several switched pest control companies to Rocket!! We had a some scorpions make their way into our home since we moved in and reached out to a few companies to get a quote and set up an appointment. None of them responded so I emailed Rocket Pest after seeing an ad in a mailer. Jason responded within the hour and gave me a quick quote and let me know he was able to come out two days later.
