Hill Building Maintenance, LLC was originally founded in 1971 and was established in Sturgeon Bay in 1984. We are proud to be in operation for 37 years! Our company is owned and operated by John and Cindy Hill. Our team consists of full time employees and part time employees. Management personnel include our Restoration Project Manager, our Cleaning Division Manager, our Manager of Just Floors division and our Office Manager.

We recently had a flash flood in our building. Our tenant called Sunrise before we arrived. Your crew went to work fast and moved quickly to extract and remove the water.
