Sam did an incredible job on our floors! We were moving out of an apartment with 2 dogs and 1 cat and the landlord was being very strict on floors. We weren't sure how he was going to respond but he was extremely impressed with this job! His prices are affordable as well. He was on time, very kind, professional and very thoughtful. They did an amazing job on my tile floors ! My grout was a white color and over the years it turned dark and brown and after the cleaning my grout was back to a white color. Highly recommend!

Sam was very professional, on time and very knowledgeable about his work. They showed up at 9:00 am sharp and cleaned my entire home in 2 and 1 half hours. They vacuumed first presprayed and then used an awesome rotary machine hooked up to a truck mounted machine. We have 2 dogs and three children! Needless to say my carpets were dirty. My carpets now look absolutely great and they smell so good. I will definitely use Pro Floor Restore in the future. I highly recommend them!
