Arrived on time, called before they came, took every precaution to keep my home clean and neat. Very professional and friendly. Took their time and made sure my couch was cleaned to my satisfaction. Caring , friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me tips to make sure everything dried correctly and cleaned up before they left. They even made sure my couch was back in the position I wanted it in!

Waiting time was 2 weeks out. They was able to get in 1 hr sooner. Paid for cleaning carpets and small chair and pillows. Chair looks cleaner. Basement carpet look cleaner also. Step stains were cleaned. But seem like carpets upstairs and steps were not vacuumed throughly. Still had pet hair and dirty around edges. Carpet didnt look throughly vacuum because there were still debris, some small garbage and stains that were originally there. Paid for the most expensive carpet cleaning with sanitize and even tip, but feel like I didn't get my money's worth.

I recently hired Chen-Dry to clean our main carpet areas of our home (living room, stairs, hallways, etc). We have 3 yr old carpet and it hasn’t been professionally cleaned before. I’m amazed that it’s almost back to new looking! I am very impressed not only with the clean carpets I received, but also with the professionalism from this company.
