Wow! We had a carpet cleaning service out to clean our carpets who does “encapsulation” dry method cleaning. The result looked terrible! I dialed Customer First Carpet Cleaning late that same evening. Elliot called me back within a half hour and he said he could be there the next afternoon.
Elliot did a terrific job! The carpet looks wonderful and the level of service he offered is unheard of today. Well done, sir, we’ll done.

Elliot was very good at letting me know when he was coming and the exact time he was going to arrive. He was very talkative while cleaning which made the job go by fast. There was a few spots he wasn't able to get out, but he definitely tried his best. Overall very good service and I will definitely be using again.

He did a great job. Very friendly and efficient. It ended up costing less than he originally qouted me. He measured the rooms. Only downside was that he doesn't move the furniture so you'll have to do that. He was able to reach under the beds though so it ended up being a non issue for us. House smells great!

I just purchased a new house and wanted to make sure the carpets were cleaned really good before moving in the furniture. The company I used in the past was really inexpensive so I kept using them.
