It was called the Carpet Cleaning Standard. The problem is that not many people have heard of this. We started this company started back in 1981. We wanted to be experts in one thing, carpet cleaning. So we chose the name Carpet Specialists. I did the cleaning and my Wife scheduled the appointments. At that time, Carpet Manufacturers were recommending dry cleaning so we used the HOST dry cleaning system.

Paul was amazing! I’ve had other cleaning services in prior to Paul and they don’t even compare. The other services were in and out in a couple hours, Paul took double or triple the time to clean my carpets and the results were spectacular. He truly is a man of pride in what he does..... you don’t find that too often.

I held off posting a review for a few days because the last time we had our carpets cleaned by someone else they looked grungy within a short while. That did NOT happen after Paul cleaned them. He got several years worth of dog hair out of our 10 year old carpets and they look refreshed. He worked hard for a solid 4 hours and was thorough and professional. I’m so grateful and won’t wait so long to have him back. Happier Holidays for sure!

Excellent, thorough job. He spent over 5 hours cleaning our carpets, and that is twice as long as other companies I have had. The time and the care that Paul took shows in how clean our carpets are now. This is the second year that he has cleaned out carpets, and I will not use anyone else.
